How can I trust you?
We will be sure a reputable title company/attorney local to you will close the transaction for us. This protects both you and me allowing for a safe and secure transaction. You may sign closing paperwork in person at their office as well.
What If I have unpaid back taxes on the land?
We will cover unpaid back taxes at closing, so long as it’s a reasonable amount ($1,000 or less) For any significant amount, this can be deducted from your take-home amount at closing.
Do I have to pay for anything?
No. We will cover all closing costs. The amount we agree on is the exact amount you with walk away with.
